Kathleen Olesinski

Kathleen Olesinski joined RIA Registrar in April of 2025. Kathleen has been working in compliance for Registered Investment Advisers, Registered Investment Companies and Broker Dealers since 2001. Kathleen began her career in Cleveland, Ohio at Victory Capital Management (a KeyCorp RIA). Kathleen later joined the compliance team at Allegiant Asset Management (a National City Bank RIA, later purchased by PNC Bank), eventually becoming the Compliance Manager and performing the SEC Annual Review for both the adviser and the mutual funds. Kathleen later joined the capital markets division and was named the Chief Compliance Officer of PNC Mezzanine, the private equity division at PNC. Since relocating to Minnesota from Ohio in 2017, Kathleen has been an independent consultant to a number of different firms in the financial industry performing a wide range of compliance services and creating compliance programs for both SEC and state registered firms. Kathleen is a designated IACCP and is a graduate of both Denison University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology, and Cleveland State University where she earned her MBA.
