Connor Hayden

Connor Hayden serves as Director of Marketing at RIA Registrar, where he specializes in recruiting and supporting individuals interested in forming their own independent RIA firms. He is passionate about helping advisors transition to independence and navigate the complexities of starting and growing their own practices. Connor recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Minor in Marketing from Minnesota State University – Mankato in May 2023. Throughout his academic career, Connor honed his skills in client relations, team collaboration, and performance-driven goals, positioning him for success in the professional world. Before graduating, Connor gained valuable experience in various roles, including Assistant Golf Professional at Bear Path Country Club, where he managed golf leagues and tournaments, oversaw the golf shop, and maintained high standards of customer service. His work as an Ice Rink Attendant at All Season’s Arena further developed his ability to support clients, manage operations, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Additionally, Connor worked as a Mover for Beltmann Relocation Group, where he showcased his professionalism and commitment to customer relations during the moving process. Connor is passionate about utilizing his skills to contribute to business growth and client satisfaction, with a particular interest in helping organizations achieve marketing and sales objectives. His background in sports management, marketing, and customer service makes him a versatile and valuable asset for any team.
